We bid you a warm and hearty welcome to our website in the Savior’s name, and we invite you to worship with us. The ministry of this congregation, through its people and pastor, is dedicated to the Gospel of Jesus Christ. The entire life of Holy Cross Church is centered around God’s Word and Holy Sacraments - His means of sharing with us His love and forgiveness. It is therefore, with a sincere desire of sharing with you the treasures of Jesus Christ that we invite you to worship and fellowship with us at Holy Cross. For the Cross to us is certain Salvation!

We Believe:

    In the Holy Trinity—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—three persons, yet one God

    That this God desires for humanity life with Him, now and forever

    That all people have sinned and have fallen short of God’s will for humanity

    That Jesus, God’s Son, came into our world, suffered, died on a cross, and rose from the dead in order to gain forgiveness for our sins and reconcile us back to God

    That the Holy Spirit, through the preaching of the Gospel leads us to faith in Christ and life with God

    That the Christian life is a response to God’s love in Christ, shown in thankfulness and service

    That God works through His “means of grace” (the Word of God, Holy Baptism, and Holy Communion) to bring us to faith, nurture it, and empower us for daily living

    That the Bible is God’s inspired Word and a truthful revelation of Himself

    That Jesus will come again to judge the living and the dead

Who We Are:

Our congregation is a member of the Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod (LC-MS), a denomination dedicated to Christian education and missions. The LC-MS supports over 2000 elementary and 5000 pre-schools, 60 high schools, ten colleges, and two seminaries.

We are active in all fifty states and in more than 25 foreign countries. We are the sponsors of "The Lutheran Hour," the world's largest religious broadcast, which reaches 30 million people each week.
