Baptism at Holy Cross
Baptism is a wonderful gift that God gives to us, through which He does three things. First, He adopts us into His family and gives us faith. Once baptized you have a ready-made family with our congregation. Second, He forgives our sins. Yes, even infants are born with sin, and need to be forgiven. God promises that Baptism is a real washing away of sin. Third, He unites us to Christ’s death and resurrection, the very means of our salvation. Through baptism we are buried with Christ, and we rise with Christ to new life.
